Special Events & Dining Only
If you are coming for lunch only or a special event please use 586 Ossipee Park Road for GPS.

This will be your first left after the Routes 109/171 split when coming from the Conway, Meredith areas OR 1.8 miles past the front gate, located on your right when coming from the Tuftonboro or Wolfeboro areas.

Get Directions

If entering the property via the scenic road at 455 Old Mountain Road, we recommend allowing 20-30 minutes to traverse this 2-mile road and stop at the scenic locations that include a giant glacial erratic, a waterfall, and a scenic overlook. This is a one-way road, so if you see something you like on the way up, stop at that parking lot because you won’t be exiting the same way.

Parking will be to your left at the top of the scenic road. From there, please walk to the Ticket Booth to purchase mansion tour admission, and then to the Carriage House for trolley service to the mansion. Parking is included in the price of your admission.

BUS AND RV PARKING

For guests driving campers longer than 26 feet or ANY vehicle towing, we ask that you please use Ossipee Park Road. Do not enter via the scenic road/main gate on Route 171. Please park in Bus and RV Parking, which is clearly marked in the grassy area located just to the left of the main parking lot. Once parked in RV parking, you may call 603-476-5900 to request trolley service, or walk 3-5 minutes to the gift shop to purchase tickets.

WEDDING AND LUNCH-ONLY PARKING

If you are coming for a wedding or for lunch only, enter via Ossipee Park Road and follow the signs for parking on your left. The walk from the parking lot is about 2-3 minutes on packed gravel and paved road (if you’re coming for a wedding and don’t want to walk in heels, slip a pair of flats in your bag!).
