Guided Hike: Settlement Loop Walk

Join us on this guided hike of the Settlement Loop, and learn about the history of the property and the nature you will encounter along the way! You will learn about the people who lived on the land long before the Plants built Lucknow Mansion, hear their stories, and see the cellar holes that mark where their homes once stood.

This is an easy to moderate hike of about 2 miles and has an elevation climb of approximately 200′.

Please wear appropriate footwear for hiking and dress for the weather. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, and snacks as desired. Please note, you will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival. While dogs on leashes are usually permitted on the trails, for the comfort of all attendees, dogs are not allowed at this program.
