Take time to reflect, recharge, and reset at the Castle during this mini-retreat, facilitated by Taking Root! Taking Root works to help people connect to themselves, others, and nature through nature-based education and mindfulness activities. In this mini-retreat, you will gain tools to live in the moment, build self-confidence and body awareness, reduce stress, and regulate your nervous system. Activities include yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, guided nature walks, and journaling. Your experience will be enhanced by being immersed in the unparalleled natural beauty of the Castle property.
