Our 2024 season begins on May 25th and ends on October 20th.
- May – June: Open 6 days/week (Closed Wed)
- July – Aug: Open 7 days/week
- Sept – Oct: Open 6 days/week (Closed Wed)

Onsite Tickets Available 10am – 4:00pm
Trolley Service to Mansion 10:15am – 4:15pm
Gift Shop 10am – 4:30pm
Carriage House/Exhibit Gallery 10am – 5:30pm
Carriage House Restaurant 11:30am – 3:30pm
Carriage House Restaurant is serving lunch 11:30 to 3:30 every day we are open. On a first come, first served basis. Reservations are not accepted.

Tickets purchased in advance can be redeemed once Lucknow opens for the season (May 25 – October 20, 2024).

NEW IN 2024!
Guided Tours of the Lucknow Mansion:
Join us for a guided tour of the main living floors of the Lucknow Mansion! Led by an experienced guide who will share stories of the Mansion’s construction, the Plant Family, and recent restoration progress, this 1-hour tour occurs once daily at 9:30am and is limited to 10 guests to enhance the experience. $35 per person, this tour requires navigation of stairs and is not handicap accessible. This tour is not appropriate for visitors aged 5 and younger.
Guided Basement Tour:
$35/per person (includes Self-Guided Tour PLUS 45-minute Guided Tour of Lucknow Mansion basement)

Basement Tour tickets are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Basement Tour tickets must be purchased on site the day of your visit.

Historic entrance/main gate (scenic road) 455 Old Mountain Rd, a one-way, 2-mile road that offers stops to see a giant glacial erratic called The Pebble, the property’s largest waterfall called The Falls of Song, and a scenic vista overlooking the lake and mountains. Please allow 20-30 minutes to traverse this road and make stops along the way. This is a seasonal entrance that is only accessible during our operating season, late May through late October.
Hiker/Bus/Camper/Oversized vehicle entrance Oversized vehicles must access the campus via 586 Ossipee Park road. Two way entrance/exit road that also provides access to grounds, including the Carriage House Restaurant, Gift Shop, Exhibit Gallery, Shannon Pond, and Hiking Trails.
RIDE THE TROLLEY UP TO THE MANSION
Please note that our trolleys are the only means of access to the mansion. Trolleys conveniently depart the Carriage House every 15 minutes until 4:15 pm*. If you or a member of your party requires assistance, ask a trolley driver for alternative boarding options. If you prefer to walk back to the Carriage House, there is a downhill path from the lakeside lawn.
*On days we host weddings, the last trolley service to the mansion is at 3:45 pm. Please call to inquire.
